Nearby plants include Phú Mỹ Power Plants (3,915 MW, Gas) and Nhon Trach 1 (1,215 MW, Gas). The facility is located in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, approximately 120 km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City.
