Ranked #48 of 76 hydro plants in Iran, it represents 0.13% of the country's total hydro capacity of 33,974 MW. The largest hydro plant in Iran is Shahid Abbaspuor at 2,000 MW, making Latyan Dam 44.4 times smaller.
